This wistful and summery ad for Travel Republic features some unusual narrators. It was recorded with child and adult voices for both the UK and EIRE. The sound design is gentle to fit the relaxed and laid-back mood.
NAIA
In this spot for a friend the sound design brief was to add detail and give some life to the very nice animations. An overall gentle and natural feel to the soundtrack as a whole was designed to enhance the brand’s environmental credentials.
Garnier Ambre Solaire – Radio
This is a very summery ad for Garnier Ambre Solaire voiced by Davina Mccall and with some classic summer sound design to bring it to life. All in all a nice radio spot.
Ford – Ecosport
This ad for Ford from GTB has a lot of nice touches. Very classic from a sound point of view, but it comes together into a nice piece of work with some nice detail.
Relish Broadband
An animated introduction to Relish Broadband from the Corner. Narrated by David Mitchell and with a clear animation style it needed strong simple sound design punctuate the action.
Cadbury’s Referee
This charming film is littered with little thank yous for the seemingly unaware referee. A straightforward mix of live action, music and sound design come together to tell the story.
Amazon – GBBO
A small selection of the many bumpers that Amazon produced for the Great British Bake Off. I worked on the sound design for half of these with the talented Alex Wilson-Thame taking on the other half.

DFS – Christmas
This ad is from DFS in partnership with Aardman animation. Aardman’s character’s are full of charm, as always! The mix was relatively straightforward with simple sound design and music, but the end result is a lot of fun.
Argos – Fast Track
When I first saw this ad I was worried I might have to dust off my 25 year old skateboard and knee pads and make a fool of myself at the local skate park. Thankfully the library had sufficient SFX and saved my blushes.
